Personal Training and/or Conditioning:  Using various forms of resistance to work each muscle group based on client's ability level.  Program incorporates a variety of disciplines, including stability ball, pilates mat, bands, weights, etc.  Cardio training may include walking, jogging, jump rope work, swimming, etc.  Sessions are approximately 60 minutes

Yoga class:  Relax and stretch!.  Various postures (poses) will help develop strength, tone and balance.  Sessions are approximately 60 minutes

Couples Yoga:  A great way to connect with your partner/spouse!  Sessions are approximately 75 minutes

Yoga for Board Sports:  Powerful practice to enhance  all board sports on land or water including surfing and kiteboarding!  Focus on core strengthening, balance and knee and ankle conditioning for better board control.   Taught as an advanced practice, with modifications for those at a beginner or intermediate level.
